Women Inspired By The Beloved is a series of ten lectures by Dr Hesham Al-Awadi, presented on 10 CDs, that surveys the history of great Muslim women from the time of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) right through to the present day. The listener is taken on a truly fascinating journey of discovery exploring the role women played in different communities across the Islamic world. 

This is not ‘another’ narrative on the biographies of Muslim women, but a very detailed and selected insight into ‘unique’ women: those who made a difference within their families, communities and nations. Wise women, influential women, and even oppressed women who all strove to establish the way of God. Without understanding their contribution and impact, the history of past Muslim achievements would be incomplete.
