This is one of the best lectures you will hear, about the Ghurabaa, the Strangers, and the Muslims who follow the true Islam.
The Ghurabaa’ are those who submit to Allah (swt) exclusively, and follow the Sharee’ah in every aspect of their life. They worship, obey and follow none but Allah, whilst associating no man, woman or object with Him. Their example to follow is the Messenger (saw) and his companions (ra). Tawheed is their attribute as they offer their ritual acts to none but almighty Allah.
Muhammad (pbuh) said that this religion began as something strange and will return as something strange… so give glad tidings to the strangers. We see many cases of Muslims reforming themselves to become better Muslims, and in most cases they are seen as extreme, strict and sometimes even considered as crazy. Strangers are what they have become. In this lecture Sheikh Khalid Yasin explains the importance of being patient in difficult times like these.
“And if you obey most of those upon the earth, they will mislead you from the way of Allah . They follow not except assumption, and they are not but falsifying.” (The Noble Quran 6:116)
